New Grad, Entry LevelRockwater Associates is seeking an energetic Assistant to join their growing tax services team. The successful candidate will work closely with a team to provide an exceptional client experience and execute the delivery of business advisory services.

Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of professional project proposals
Create, review and format documents and letters into final form
Consistently meet project deadlines
Set appointments, calls, meetings and manage shared calendars
Assist in contacting clients and other associated parties as directed
Process incoming and outgoing mail and act as first point of contact for clients
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with close attention to detail
Manage and maintain document organization and account files, electronic and hard copy
Maintain and submit time entries for purpose of billing clients
Ad hoc duties
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and thrives as a team player in a highly collaborative environment
Superior organization and time management skills with ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail skills and takes pride in quality of work delivered
Proficient with computers and the Microsoft Office suite
