Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership across multiple units, focusing on people, culture, and execution
Drive consistency in guest experience aligned with a family-friendly, service-with-a-smile environment
Reduce turnover through hands-on leadership, coaching, and team development
Ensure operational standards, financial performance, and service expectations are met or exceeded
Partner with field leadership to strengthen bench depth and succession planning
Qualification
Required
Hospitality industry experience required (restaurant, foodservice, or retail hospitality)
Willingness to relocate to Central Oregon if not currently local
Preferred
Multi-unit experience preferred; strong single-unit GMs will be considered
Experience with quick-service or fast-casual concepts is a plus
Demonstrated success in improving retention, engagement, and culture
Lead within a values-driven organization focused on being a 'happy place' for families and communities
