Policy Administration Specialist

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain complex group billing and premium collection records, including alternate funding arrangements
Apply, track, and reconcile premium payments; research and correct discrepancies
Communicate policy information, changes, and service options to policyholders, producers, TPAs, and internal partners
Implement policy amendments and renewals by analyzing changes and updating system records
Support retention efforts by resolving issues related to non-payment, lapses, and terminations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of demonstrated Insurance customer service experience required
Experience with billing, accounting principles, or premium administration
Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and related applications
Ability to work remotely in Pacific time zone hours
Preferred
Experience with group insurance billing or premium collection systems
Working knowledge of complex group contract provisions and billing support systems
