Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 deskside and remote support for Windows-based systems
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and chat
Image, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops and laptops
Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and Microsoft Teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendors during system implementations
Assist with testing IT implementations, including network access, wireless connectivity, and telephony
Coordinate and manage relationships between IT vendors and local client support teams
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence with end users
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 to 5+ years of deskside PC support and customer service experience
Strong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, software, and network issues
Experience assisting with IT system implementations
Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems
Hands-on experience with Basic Mac support
Hands-on experience with Desktop and laptop imaging
Hands-on experience with Active Directory user and device support
Hands-on experience with ITSM/ticketing systems
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
