Sr. Project Manager, Preclinical & Clinical Development of Antibodies
The Steely Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in pre-clinical and clinical stage development of biologics, particularly antibodies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of project development, ensuring timely and efficient progress from drug candidate selection through clinical development.
Responsibilities
Program leads that guarantee scope, timelines and budget of portfolio programs. Establish the accurate tools for successful planning, initiation, tracking and completion of programs
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure project milestones are met
Guarantee on-time communication and management of different CROs/CDMOs through different stages of the programs
Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement contingency plans as needed with the cross functional project teams
Guarantee the bridge between R&D operations and financial, legal and G&A activities (e.g. CDA/MSA management; Budget review and tracking; Accruals review; Meetings management)
Guarantee fulfilment of R&D communication plan
Lead communication and oversee alliance management with partners
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Help achieve the strategic business goals of the organization
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
Strong background in pre-clinical and clinical development of biologics, particularly antibodies (mandatory)
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; comfortable balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Friendly and approachable personality
Ability to collaborate across all levels and functions of the organization
High level of commitment and dedication to project success
