Responsibilities
Own product & integration initiatives (JIRA, Confluence, other tools)
Act as the central point of contact for incoming Customer VOCs
Drive resolution by:
Identifying owning teams
Negotiating priorities
Accelerating fixes
Ensuring customer impact is closed loop
Coordinate cross-BU, cross-team efforts at scale
Run & present weekly steering committee reviews at SVP level
Own program updates, risks, dependencies, and decision tracking
JIRA Migration (On-Prem → Cloud)
Enterprise-wide initiative
Manage reporting gaps, data loss risks, field mismatches
Coordinate chaos → smooth migration experience
~2–3 months effort
Voice of Customer (VOC) Enablement
Handle 3–4M VOCs/month
Partner with analytics/NLS teams
Identify recurring themes & problem areas
Drive fixes with owning engineering/product teams
Qualification
Required
Program Management
Jira Admin
Software Development
Strong cross-team coordination (35–40 stakeholders regularly)
Conflict resolution & negotiation — non-negotiable
Executive-level communication & storytelling
Ability to align teams toward one goal despite competing priorities
Comfortable running meetings, not just attending them
Software industry ONLY
Product Development / Engineering background
Experience at large software companies
10 years total experience
Ideally 10 years in Program / Technical Program Management
QA → TPM transition acceptable if program depth is strong
Preferred
JIRA Admin or enterprise JIRA experience = big plus
APIs, logs, architecture discussions (good to have, not mandatory)
