Part-Time Office Production Assistant
The National Football League (NFL) is seeking an Office Production Assistant to support the Field Operations production team. This part-time role focuses on payroll and accounts-payable functions related to onboarding freelance crew and processing rental equipment needs.

Responsibilities
Support the Production Associate with the onboarding process for new freelance crew, including issuing rate confirmations, tracking background check clearances, and ensuring onboarding documents are complete prior to the first day of work
Approve freelance timecards by reviewing hours and rates, cross-checking the online shoot schedule, and communicating with Production Coordinators as needed
Monitor the department accounting mailbox and distribute invoices to the appropriate coordinators for review
Create purchase orders and complete invoice coding in accordance with departmental processes
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent business-related work experience
Basic knowledge of payroll documentation and general accounting procedures
Familiarity with production schedules, call sheets, and standard production workflows
