The Research Coordinator I will support the Lead Coordinator and investigator in preparing and completing study visits, ensuring compliance with clinical practices and maintaining participant engagement.

Responsibilities

Project and integrate AHF's core values
Help improve AHF's approach by following the lead of Research Department leadership
Enhance the reputation of AHF through innovative findings from the Research Department
Ensure AHF Core Values and Mission are top of mind in all activities
Work as part of a team to support the Lead Coordinator and investigator in study visits
Complete, maintain, and process case report forms in compliance with good clinical practices
Confirm that participants have signed all required consent forms before study involvement
Provide support in identifying potential study participants for review
Schedule all visits and procedures for participants and provide necessary instructions and dates
Schedule physician examinations with participants as needed

Qualification

Medical Assistant DiplomaPhlebotomy CertificationClinical Research ExperienceBilingual in SpanishAttention to detail

Required

Medical Assistant Diploma or Phlebotomy Certification REQUIRED
Clinical Research Experience REQUIRED
Bilingual in Spanish required
