Responsibilities
Write product or system development code in React.js and TypeScript to build Generative AI features for image and video creation, prioritizing performance and component modularity
Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies, focusing on front end architecture, state management, and component reusability within the React ecosystem
Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., React Hooks usage, style guidelines, accuracy, testability, and efficiency)
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates, user feedback, and rapid prototyping cycles common in 0-to-1 product development
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, GenAI model integration, or service operations and quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript, Kotlin, or Java), or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree
2 years of experience with front-end and user interface development, specifically with React.js, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields
Experience in '0-to-1' project environments, rapid prototyping, or navigating ambiguity to ship product updates on a fast-paced schedule
Experience with Generative AI models, video/media editing tools, or complex creative software
Experience in migrating or refactoring large codebases (e.g., framework migrations or major architectural shifts) or familiarity with Angular as a secondary framework
Experience developing accessible technologies
