Start in 2026 SummerCobb is looking for interns for their Summer 2026 program, where they will work in various poultry production and live operations positions. Interns will gain exposure to different departments and may have the chance to transition into full-time roles based on performance.

Responsibilities
Interns will work in a variety of poultry production and live operations positions to become familiar with the various parts of the production process
They will also gain exposure to operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance
Interns are expected to contribute to our success through innovative ideas and value creation
Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, Interns may have the opportunity to become full-time Cobb Team Members
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills
Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Time management and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal skills
Must include a resume to be considered
Candidates considering further education after degree completion must highlight this on their resume to ensure full consideration
Preferred
Agriculture or Poultry Operations or other agriculture related fields
