ContactUs Communications is expanding and looking for amazing people to join their work-from-home team as Customer Support Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers with scheduling rides to doctor appointments and resolving service-related questions, while providing exceptional and empathetic support.

Responsibilities
Help customers get where they need to go — literally!
Communicate clearly and professionally (on the phone and sometimes via email)
Build trust and confidence with every call
Troubleshoot and solve problems with patience and positivity
Manage your time effectively while keeping customers happy
Qualification
Required
You're at least 18 years old
You have a High School Diploma or GED
You have 2+ years of customer service experience
You're confident, friendly, and love connecting with people
You can type at least 25 words per minute
You're comfortable using a computer (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
You have reliable high-speed internet, an Ethernet cord, and a quiet workspace
You can work independently and stay organized
You're flexible, dependable, and ready to grow with us!
