Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring that Landscape Logic quality standards are being met and process is being followed on each site in a safe and efficient manner by our crews at all times
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Mulching, pruning, clean-ups, annual planting, sod repair, winter care, lighting, monthly maintenance as well as minor property upgrades
Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards
Problem solving and concerns on the job site
Enforce safety standards and ensure the team follows safety protocols when handling tools and equipment
Ability to fill in when Team Lead has a day off
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience in landscaping or landscape maintenance, with some experience in a leadership or supervisory role
General knowledge of landscaping techniques
Strong team management and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects
Ability to resolve issues that may arise on the job site
A clean driving record and the ability to operate landscaping vehicles and machinery
