Marco Technologies is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team, responsible for general office management and supporting HR with various job duties. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and create and maintain a professional environment in client facing areas of the office
Support the organization with onsite meetings including scheduling, room preparation and catering
Ensure conference rooms are stocked with determined items
Plan and organize office activities, internal communications and special local and company events
Distribute incoming and prepare outgoing mail. Receive and send deliveries and packages
Direct incoming faxes to the correct recipient and respond to messages received in the receptionist inbox
Maintain and order office supplies for in-house use
Manage onsite equipment including copiers, food/coffee equipment, coordinating maintenance when needed
Support the site with ad hoc requests when needed/assigned
Available for back up support for incoming calls when needed
Assist recruiters and hiring managers with sourcing, posting job ads, and conducting phone screens
Coordinate candidate communication and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for Marco staffing (full time, part time, offshore and contract personnel)
Assist in a variety of HR initiatives including unemployment claims, data collection and distribution, training projects, presentation development, etc
Company and HR projects as assigned
Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma required
Experience and comfort dealing with confidential information is required
Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications, Outlook, and company and client specific programs
Superior customer service and communication skills
Enthusiastic, dedicated to the challenge of helping other people
Demonstrates attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no direct supervision
Comfortable working alone in a quiet office setting
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client-oriented team

Preferred

Previous administration, human resource support or customer service experience preferred
