Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for member and prospective member inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
Support onboarding of new members, including application processing and access to member resources
Support outreach initiatives to prospective members by providing research, data, and materials to inform engagement strategies
Assist with the annual membership dues process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with Finance for accurate and timely collection
Monitor and manage the member services inbox, resolving account and access issues in collaboration with IT
Maintain ISDA’s membership portal, ensuring accurate records and up-to-date content
Assist with member engagement activities and internal training initiatives, including events and webinars
Conduct research and analysis on current and prospective members, including market trends, segmentation and engagement
Track and analyse membership metrics such as growth, retention, engagement, and revenue
Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support membership strategy, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
Act as back-up to the Manager of Membership Data & Analytics
Contribute to the review and enhancement of ISDA’s membership structure and value proposition to support growth and retention
Maintain and evolve membership policies, procedures, and documentation in line with governance requirements
Support development of internal management tools including ISDA’s Committee Management System, CRM (HubSpot), and Looker for data visualization and reporting
Prepare materials and presentations for internal meetings, board discussions, and member-facing initiatives
Lead and support special projects as directed by the Head of Membership

Required

Bachelor's degree required (business, finance, economics, or related field)
1–3 years of experience in financial services or strong internship experience in client-facing, analytical, or operational roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong data analysis skills, including defining, tracking, and reporting key metrics
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualizations tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present ISDA's value proposition clearly
Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Proactive and adaptable; confident in decision-making while remaining professional and calm
Strong relationship-building skills; personable and client-focused with senior stakeholders
Curious and analytical; eager to learn ISDA tools and connect the dots across legal, risk, and business areas
Team-oriented and collaborative, while capable of working independently
Professional and polished in both virtual and in-person settings

Preferred

Familiarity with derivatives markets, ISDA documentation, or regulatory frameworks is a plus
Experience designing and building dashboards and visualizations is a plus
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) helpful
