Responsibilities
Serve as the first-line Business Owner for operational risk within Shared Services, with end-to-end accountability across:
Business processes
Procedures
Controls
Monitoring
Lead RCSA coordination for the business, in partnership with Risk teams, including risk identification, control assessment, issue documentation and partner alignment
Own and maintain the Operational Risk Dashboard, translating findings into prioritized action plans to close gaps
Own and execute QA/QCs, including error remediation and root-cause analysis
Oversee Data Loss Prevention (DLP) monitoring and coordinate protection actions
Act as the primary liaison for internal audits, risk reviews, and control testing
Provide timely, accurate evidence to Risk, Audit, and Regulatory partners
Design, execute, and track Issue Corrective Action Plans through resolution
Serve as the Business Owner for assigned Enterprise Risk Programs (ex. Business Continuity Plan Owner), ensuring ongoing readiness and compliance
Represent Shared Services in the General Bank Regulatory Change Review forum
Partner with BSA/AML teams to support investigations and risk assessments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Project Planning, and Financial Services industry
High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Project Planning, and Financial Services industry
