Responsibilities
Lead testing activities for large enterprise projects or multiple concurrent initiatives
Define and deliver test strategy, test plans, schedules, and test status reporting
Partner with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers to validate requirements and code quality
Lead and coordinate all manual testing efforts, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery
Assist with onboarding and mentoring of test team members
Oversee work prioritization based on risk, scope, and team strengths
Drive defect management, issue resolution, and escalation when needed
Communicate effectively with IT and Business leadership through written and verbal updates
Independently drive issues to closure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Apply data-driven decision making through structured analysis
Manage multiple project and non-project deliverables simultaneously
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience working on Enterprise Data Warehouse systems with test leadership responsibilities
Strong experience in the Retail domain
Hands-on expertise in data validation testing within Snowflake Data Warehouse
Experience testing source-to-target mappings and ETL data transformations
Ability to write and review complex SQL queries for reconciliation, aggregation, and anomaly detection
Experience validating MSI reports, business metrics, and KPIs
Knowledge of SCI report validation within Manhattan OMS
Experience testing integrations across POS, Web, OMS, Financial, and Data Warehouse systems
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
Experience leading projects involving multiple teams and cross-application integrations
Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models
Proficiency with HP ALM, JIRA, or similar test and defect management tools
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Confident, tactful communicator with peers and leadership
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Proactive team contributor with a quality-first mindset
High ownership and accountability for deliverables
