Responsibilities
Lead the execution of OT Security initiatives to safeguard operational technology across the organization
Oversee the implementation of Nexus software, ensuring it meets the needs of various sites and drives user adoption
Liaise with SBGs to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the software aligns with operational goals
Act as an analytics consultant, collaborating with business units to translate their needs into requirements to drive add value analytics solutions
Qualification
Required
10 or more years' of experience in project management within supply chain, operational technology, or manufacturing environments
Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects related to software implementation and OT Security
Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive software adoption and manage change within an organization
Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions
