Director of Strategic Sales and Marketing

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnered with a well-established manufacturing organization in the life sciences and filtration space to help them hire a Director of Strategic Sales and Marketing for their Nashua, New Hampshire location. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and shaping the commercial strategy across North America and Europe.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with aggressive growth and revenue targets across North American and European markets
Build and manage annual operating plans, sales forecasts, and performance metrics using data-driven insights
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, applications, and customer segments within life sciences and industrial filtration
Lead strategic account planning, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and long-term customer partnerships
Personally manage select high-value accounts to ensure strong executive-level relationships and alignment
Coach, develop, and hold sales and marketing teams accountable to high performance standards
Partner cross-functionally with finance, marketing, engineering, and operations to strengthen value propositions and support product innovation
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to expand the commercial pipeline

Required

Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of B2B commercial experience with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role
Direct experience in filtration products for liquid and gas applications required
Background selling into life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments
Demonstrated ability to step into a leadership role and quickly assess, structure, and execute a growth plan
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and change leadership skills
Experience using CRM platforms including HubSpot or similar tools
Willingness to travel approximately 25 percent while remaining fully on-site when not traveling

Preferred

Experience leading multi-region or international sales teams across North America and Europe
Prior responsibility for building or scaling sales and marketing organizations in high-growth manufacturing environments
Background working with complex engineered products or technical B2B solutions
Experience developing go-to-market strategy and launching new products or applications
Advanced degree such as MBA or related business discipline
