Responsibilities
Document end-to-end IT operational processes, including change management, escalation procedures, and communication matrices
Develop detailed process flows using Visio or equivalent tools
Consolidate best practices and governance requirements into clear, actionable documentation
Produce high-quality technical writing tailored for IT operations teams
Design reusable templates for project governance aligned with bank standards
Create and maintain a centralized repository of operational process documentation
Collaborate with IT stakeholders and cross-functional partners to validate and align processes with operational standards
Ensure documentation aligns with SDLC phases and supports Agile delivery models
Capture and formalize Change Management (CAB) procedures and governance
Leverage tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance documentation quality and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Technical Business Analyst within IT operations
Strong ability to map, analyze, and document complex IT processes
Proficiency with Visio or similar process documentation tools
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes
Experience using Copilot or similar AI-powered productivity tools
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid Boston-based environment
Preferred
Experience in process uplift, data quality initiatives, or IT governance is preferred
