Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth and brand awareness
Create and manage blog content, thought leadership, and website updates
Own email marketing strategy, content ideas, and execution
Manage social media presence including LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Capterra and review-based platforms
Coordinate and organize conference and event marketing, including logistics, messaging, and follow-up campaigns
Act as the project manager for marketing, keeping ideas, campaigns, and timelines organized
Partner closely with sales to align messaging, campaigns, and lead flow
Experiment, measure, refine, and scale what works
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate market trends and performance metrics
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Experience in sales and developing strategies that drive business growth
Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools for decision-making and performance tracking
Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
Prior experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology or construction industry
Preferred
Prior B2B or SaaS marketing experience is a plus, but not required
