Samsung/Dacor Account Manager

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is a leader in mobile technologies and consumer electronics. They are seeking an Account Manager to drive sales growth and market share across independent retail partners in the Bay Area, focusing on developing dealer relationships and executing brand strategies for Samsung and Dacor products.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Manage and grow sales across assigned independent dealers and regional retail partners throughout the Bay Area
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for both Samsung and Dacor product lines, emphasizing profitability and market share expansion
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at dealer and distributor levels, including owners, buyers, and sales associates
Ensure full implementation of promotional programs, new model launches, and display initiatives across all retail partners
Drive sell-through and showroom presence for Dacor appliances; coordinate with design studios, builders, and premium appliance dealers
Conduct regular in-store product trainings, both group and one-on-one, to strengthen sales associates’ product knowledge and advocacy for the brands
Monitor competitive activity, dealer inventory, pricing trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and leadership reporting
Partner with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure flawless program execution and alignment with corporate goals

Required

Minimum 5 years of field sales or account management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, appliances, or luxury goods
Experience working with independent retailers and distributors strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
High level of organization and attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and cross-functionally
Must reside within or near the Bay Area territory
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel within territory (up to 60%)
