Responsibilities
Maintain primary responsibility and overall direction for policy development, analysis, and administration within Financial Management - Section H
Act as primary point of contact in the development of payment policy, regulation, monitoring, and evaluation of Medi-Cal managed care delivery systems and the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (BHI)
Coordinate with multiple internal and external entities to meet all requirements for various CRDD programs
Qualification
Required
Possesses a high degree of technical knowledge and/or experience in policy, statutory, and regulatory requirements
Responsible for coordinating with multiple internal and external entities to meet all requirements for various CRDD programs
Must include a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for this recruitment
SOQ must be a narrative discussion describing how skills, knowledge, abilities, education, training, and experience qualify for the position
Must respond to the prompt regarding experience in program management, business, or financial administration
Must describe a leadership strategy applied to improve operations or outcomes within the organization
Must submit a current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678
