Responsibilities
Assist Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) clients with opening new brokerage accounts, processing fund transfers, and maintaining existing accounts
Handle inbound phone calls and email inquiries from existing clients in a professional and timely manner
Guide clients through brokerage platforms and web tools to ensure accurate navigation and resolution
Manage multiple open client cases simultaneously with strong organization, follow-up, and documentation
Build trusted relationships through calm, thorough, and service-oriented communication
Qualification
Required
Background or education in Financial Services (brokerage, securities, or retail banking preferred)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex scenarios
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone and email communications
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred
Experience in the brokerage securities industry
Prior support experience with Independent RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) firms
Working knowledge of new account openings and account transfers
Background in retail banking or trust banking environments
