Responsibilities
Taking inbound calls from agents who submit life insurance applications
Answering inbound calls for all pending life cases for all distributions
Acting as a liaison to the Case Managers and the Underwriters
Delivering a quality experience with each interaction while maintaining and exceeding service level agreements
Qualification
Required
Driven candidates eager to build a rewarding career in financial services
Strong communicators who excel in service-oriented roles
A completed or nearly completed bachelor's degree(preferably in Business, Communications, Economics or related field)
Candidates must be able to deliver friendly customer service while talking on the phone and working through computer systems simultaneously
Two years of solid work experience in a service related field. Restaurant, Retail, Administrative, Hospitality, etc
