Responsibilities
Build and ship AI-powered features used daily by customers in production
Design and implement agent-based workflows that combine LLMs, APIs, tools, and structured logic
Develop backend services that orchestrate LLM calls, handle failures, and ensure reliability
Build evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops to improve AI systems over time
Collaborate closely with product, design, and domain experts to translate real problems into working software
Qualification
Required
Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience shipping production systems
Comfort designing and implementing object-oriented systems end to end
Experience integrating LLM APIs into backend services
Familiarity with agent workflows, tool calling, or retrieval-augmented generation
Ability to move quickly, make tradeoffs, and complete working solutions under constraints
Preferred
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments is a plus but not required
