Sr Manager, Food & Beverage Commercial Programs
LA28 is the independent, non-profit organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Sr Manager of F&B Commercial Programs will lead the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic commercial initiatives that deliver on the food and beverage mission, drive revenue, operational efficiency, and spectator satisfaction across all LA28 Venues.

Responsibilities
Design and implement commercial programs that enhance profitability and guest experience across multiple F&B platforms
Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Partnerships, Impact and Sustainability, and Procurement) to ensure seamless program rollout and adoption
Supports the development of revenue generating and/or cost-saving programs through relationships with commercial partners and others
Develop business cases and financial models to evaluate program ROI and performance metrics
Collaborate with suppliers and strategic partners to develop plans and programs
Manage communication with commercial partners to ensure up-to-date and accurate flow of information, and to disseminate this information to key LA28 stakeholders
Develop KPIs to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
Ensure programs are fully implemented and monitored during Games time
Serve as a key liaison between commercial partners and LA28 stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, events or sports & entertainment with a focus on commercial strategy and program management
Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders to build and implementing creative food and beverage programs that generate revenue and serve to promote the interests of commercial partners and the org alike
Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through strategic initiatives
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to resolve issues
Must possess expert-level PowerPoint and Outlook
Self-starter with experience in defining tasks, seeking feedback, and evolving work where applicable
A collaborative mindset; someone who prioritizes the team and fosters a culture of high performance without ego
An innovative viewpoint, challenging the status quo and thinking ahead to future years of the Olympic and Paralympic Movement
Ability to implement and manage change effectively
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple workloads, priorities, and deadlines with efficiency
An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Hospitality Management or related field
