Territory Sales Manager - Tool & Outdoor Channels (U.S.)

OLIGHT TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and manage a network of strategic dealers and retailers in the Tool Truck channel. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and brand presence within the assigned territory through effective channel development and sales execution.

Retail

Responsibilities

Channel Development: Prospect, qualify, onboard, and manage new dealer accounts, primarily within the Tool/Mobile Distribution, Automotive Aftermarket, and Outdoor Retail channels
Strategic Business Management: Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key accounts. Analyze sell-through data to provide insights and drive inventory turns
Sales Execution: Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets for both new account acquisition and growth within existing accounts
Relationship & Advocacy Building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to dealers and their sales teams. Conduct product training and merchandising to ensure sell-out success
Market Intelligence: Serve as the "eyes and ears" in the field, providing feedback on competitor activity, market trends, and product opportunities

Qualification

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of field sales experience, with a proven track record of developing Tool Truck, Industrial Supply, or Automotive Aftermarket channels
Deep understanding of the U.S. trades professional mindset and purchasing drivers
Hunter mentality with documented success in opening new accounts and growing territory revenue
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 50-70% within the assigned territory
Valid driver's license

Preferred

Experience selling handheld tools, flashlights, or related gear
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and territory planning tools
Existing network of contacts within the target channels
