Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into clear, polished videos
Add captions/subtitles for accessibility and engagement
Apply basic brand guidelines (logos, fonts, colors)
Make light revisions based on feedback
Meet agreed-upon deadlines and communicate clearly
Bonus: Share content ideas, editing suggestions, or improvements that could make videos more engaging or effective
Qualification
Required
Some experience editing video (portfolio or samples preferred)
Comfortable editing short-form content and longer training videos
Strong attention to detail (especially captions)
Reliable, organized, and responsive
Good creative judgment - knows when to keep edits clean vs. fun
Preferred
Curious, growth-minded creatives who enjoy learning, experimenting, and getting better over time
