Responsibilities
Design and develop robust, scalable web-based solutions across the full stack
Debug production issues at multiple levels of the stack
Identify and address performance bottlenecks throughout the application
Conduct thorough code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues
Collaborate with engineering and product managers to understand roadmap priorities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience
4–10+ years of related experience
Proficiency with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET
Collaborative and iterative approach to teamwork
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex issues without a detailed roadmap, using logical, analytical, and creative thinking
