Affiliate Marketing Manager
Nimble is seeking a performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to architect, scale, and diversify their global partnership ecosystem. The role focuses on building a high-velocity affiliate marketing program that bridges creator influence with measurable financial impact, requiring a candidate with a hacker mindset to optimize commission spend and explore untapped traffic sources.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end affiliate roadmap. This includes diversifying our portfolio across traditional coupon/deal sites, high-authority editorial publishers (e.g., Wirecutter, Strategist), and "Social-First" creators
Lead the technical migration or optimization of our affiliate tech stack (Pepperjam/Ascend). You will manage deep-linking, pixel tracking, and SKU-level reporting to ensure 100% data integrity
Proactively scout and onboard high-intent partners. You will move beyond inbound requests to actively "headhunt" publishers and creators whose audience demographics mirror Nimble’s target customers
Conduct weekly audits of commission structures. You will implement dynamic payout models (e.g., higher commissions for new customers vs. returning) to ensure the program remains profitable and efficient
Partner with the Social Media & Community team to turn "influence" into "affluence." You will build the tracking infrastructure that allows influencer content to be attributed directly to sales, supporting TikTok Shop and Meta Commerce initiatives
Collaborate with the design team to develop a library of high-converting banners, landing pages, and copy templates specifically optimized for affiliate conversion
Monitor the ecosystem for "bad actors." You will enforce strict brand guidelines, preventing unauthorized coupon leaking, bidding on restricted keywords (PPC), or fraudulent attribution
Qualification
Required
4+ years of dedicated affiliate marketing experience, with a specific focus on high-growth DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or Consumer Tech brands
Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and 'flat-fee plus commission' deals with major media houses and top-tier publishers
'Power user' status in Pepperjam, Impact or CJ. You should understand API integrations, postback tracking, and how to troubleshoot attribution discrepancies
You are deeply embedded in the industry; you know the major networks, the latest tracking changes (iOS 17+ impacts), and the shift toward 'Social Commerce' affiliates
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are a must. You should be able to build custom dashboards that visualize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) by an affiliate partner
Ability to pivot strategy based on inventory fluctuations or seasonal shifts (Black Friday/Cyber Monday mastery is non-negotiable)
