Pickworth GTM is hiring a contracted Business Development Partner to support its internal pipeline. This role focuses on generating qualified meetings with organizations aligned to Pickworth GTM’s ideal customer profile, emphasizing performance-based outcomes.

Book qualified discovery meetings with decision-makers at ICP-aligned companies interested in engaging Pickworth GTM
Run outbound across phone, email, and light LinkedIn touches
Use tools including Orum, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo
Target senior stakeholders who can influence or directly affect buying decisions
Ensure meetings are:
ICP-aligned
Held (not no-shows)
With prospects who are open to understanding Pickworth GTM’s model and value
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in Business Development or Sales Development
Hands-on experience with Orum
Hands-on experience with SalesLoft
Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo
Comfortable working remotely
Strong outbound fundamentals: talk tracks, objection handling, follow-up discipline
Professional presence when engaging senior leaders
Self-directed, accountable, and performance-oriented
