Responsibilities
Need to have strong Golang programming skills, along with Kubernetes skills
Non-local candidates who are going to relocate are acceptable, but if they are local to WLK or Merrimack, Client expects them to come onsite for in person interviews
The Technical round will include questions on Golang depth, Golang coding, Kubernetes internals and extension, CRDs/Operators and platform engineering focus
Experience building applications in Go
Experience in extending Kubernetes including build operators, custom resources
Understanding of Kubernetes core concepts
Hands-on development experience working with cloud technologies in AWS and/or Azure
Hands on experience building scalable cloud applications
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and principles
Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment
Passion for the DevOps culture
Qualification
Required
Strong Golang application development (APIs, services, controllers)
Advanced Kubernetes (Helm, operators, CRDs, extending K8s)
AWS-first cloud engineering
Platform engineering mindset (reusable, scalable systems)
CI/CD as an enabler, not the core job
Experience building applications in Go
Experience in extending Kubernetes including build operators, custom resources
Understanding of Kubernetes core concepts
Hands-on development experience working with cloud technologies in AWS and/or Azure
Hands on experience building scalable cloud applications
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and principles
Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment
Passion for the DevOps culture

Developer platform enablement
Strong collaboration & communication
