Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction
Organize and manage pre-sale for multiple projects across your accounts and prospects
Talking extensively with customers regarding their quotes, orders, new designs, order changes, etc
Call on all existing quotes and request Purchase Orders from customers
Call customers that have not purchased in some time to re-establish customer relationships
Organizing and managing multiples projects among your accounts and prospects
Upsell and increase sales with existing and new accounts
Write quotes and orders, obtain shipping quotes, etc
Contact new prospects to sell into
Research new customers and prospects
Qualification
Required
Must be extremely customer service and sales oriented with outstanding account management skills
Must have excellent computer skills - this is a must
Must document all customer communications in CRM
Extremely organized and detail oriented a must
Must be able to manage a fast-paced work environment and prioritize projects accordingly
Must enjoy working with customers and providing excellent customer service
Preferred
Prior experience in architecture, working with architects, construction, signs, architectural metals, manufacturing, a plus but not required
Prior experience in sales, account management, event management, sales management, business development, etc. a plus
Construction and or manufacturing experience a plus but not required
