Responsibilities

Perform geotechnical engineering design and analysis of foundation systems, retaining structures and slopes for transportation infrastructure projects for both public and private clients
Inspect geotechnical exploratory, and construction related activities
Develop as well as oversight of subsurface investigation and laboratory testing programs
Demonstrating the ability to progress from basic design work assignments to more complicated and involved projects working in conjunction with a technical team
Manage your time and responsibilities effectively while maintaining a high standard work product

Required

pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering with a focus in Geotechnical Engineering, or related degree
At least a 3.0 GPA
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Pursuing a MS degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
Previous internship in geotechnical evaluations soil and rock classification, design analysis of foundation and ground retention systems
Knowledge of and experience with Ensoft LPile and Group GeoStudio Slope and Sigma, GRLWeap, Civiltech Shoring Suite, Bentley gINT, Bentley MicroStation, and AutoCAD
Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
