ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Pipefy is a company focused on empowering professionals through intelligent workflow automation software. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for engaging with American customers, conducting value-driven conversations, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to the improvement of sales processes to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Every day, youʼll be meeting online with customers (Understanding what customers need and giving the Pipefy demo to them)
The Account Executive is responsible for having meetings with different kinds of American customers who signed up at Pipefy, were prospected by our team and also for covering a territory composed of current customers, focusing on expanding them
After collaborating with the pre-sales team, conduct value-driven conversations for these customers with your knowledge of the Pipefy differentiators and your discovery skills to make sure the customer sees value in the conversation and moves forward with us
Manage your sales pipeline and its different stages (Discovery, Proof of Concept, Proposal, Negotiation…)
Your analysis and data orientation will be key to improving your results
Salesforce reports, understanding your funnel and conversion rate, as well as presenting your results each month on the Monthly Meeting)
Help team leaders improve the process to keep the sales operation scaling. In a fast-growth environment, our AEs that stand out contribute with insights and actions on how to improve our sales process, and our overall performance as a company
Engage the technical team and other internal stakeholders to solve potential customersʼ questions and provide the best experience for our solution to be validated
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication skills with Fluency in English
Background of working with Enterprise Customers
Customer First– Work to anticipate internal and external client needs and have an overriding commitment to client satisfaction
Passion for converting opportunities into deals, demonstrating experience in difficult and strategic negotiations
An attitude of someone who wants to contribute to Pipefyʼs growth
Energy and a thirst for knowledge, we will give you tools and expect you to make the best of them
Experience with large customers and complex negotiations will help you exceed results
Data oriented, contributing to logging and maintaining our CRM SalesForce.com updated. Being an experienced user is a plus!

Portuguese and Spanish are a differentiator but not a must
Desirable Experience working for a SaaS b2b or software company
Knowledge in specific sales methodologies such as Winning by Design, Spin Selling, STC (Selling Through Curiosity), Force Management or Challenger Sale
