The QA Tester will be responsible for testing various aspects of the Lord of the Rings Online, including reporting bugs, performing regression testing, and assisting in build approvals.

Responsibilities
Hands-On reporting of bugs, balance issues, etc
Performing regression and functional testing
Assisting in build approvals by completing smoke tests, test plans, and white glove testing
Investigating bugs reported by players
Work closely with developers and attend various meetings
Qualification
Required
Strong working knowledge of the MMO genre
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Highly motivated and self-directed, with a drive to perform well and take initiative on tasks
Teamwork oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Preferred
Prior experience playing Lord of the Rings Online
Prior experience as a software Quality Assurance tester, preferably on an AAA title
Experience with JIRA software
