Responsibilities
Execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns for multifamily and manufactured housing communities
Manage day-to-day marketing initiatives such as digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with property managers to enhance leasing and community engagement
Oversee content creation, including social media posts, photography, and marketing collateral
Coordinate property-level events and community projects to enrich resident experiences
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and communications
Track marketing performance and analyze data to optimize campaign effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience in digital marketing and brand management
