Builds, supports, maintains, and finds solutions for the Credit Union’s computing infrastructure, VMware environment, and client systems utilizing enterprise class tools
Qualification
Required
Azure and/or Microsoft 365 certifications
VMware VCP/VCAP Certification(s) or other related certification(s)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
At least three (3) years of IT infrastructure/systems administration experience working with VMware and server hardware and software, preferably in a financial institution
Understanding of the types of products/services offered by a financial institution
Related computer applications and Microsoft Office platforms
Web browser platforms
Storage platforms (EMC, Pure Storage, NetApp, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of VMware
Related government regulations/requirements
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Network Protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS protocols and more; backup concepts; and Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, EntraID, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025
Understanding of scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, etc.)
Understanding of private & public cloud strategies
Understanding of desktop/server imaging & deployment, enterprise storage, NinjaOne, Patch Management, and servers, LANs, and WANs
Problem solving and analytical abilities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Operate standard office equipment such as personal computer, peripheral equipment, telephone, copy machine, calculator, etc
Simultaneously manage and coordinate projects and tasks with multiple individuals/departments
