Chief Development Officer
Diemlibre Finance is seeking a Chief Development Officer who will be responsible for the company's overall development strategy and growth planning. This role focuses on business growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities
Participate in developing the company's overall development strategy and medium- to long-term growth targets
Design and promote the company's growth roadmap, including market expansion, business innovation, and capability building
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the development strategy implementation and propose optimization and adjustment suggestions
Identify, evaluate, and promote development opportunities for new businesses, new markets, and new products
Drive scaled growth and value enhancement of existing businesses
Lead business model innovation and commercial model upgrades
Establish and manage strategic partnerships and business ecosystems
Promote strategic alliances, joint ventures, and resource integration
Expand the company's influence in the industry chain and ecosystem
Participate in or lead mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investment projects
Responsible for pre-merger strategic assessment, commercial due diligence, and synergy design
Support post-merger integration and value realization
Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, sales, product, operations, finance, and technology teams
Promote the effective execution of development strategies across all business units
Ensure that resources, capabilities, and organizational goals are highly aligned with development priorities
Establish a development-related indicator system (revenue growth, new business contribution, return on investment, etc.)
Evaluate the effectiveness of development projects and growth initiatives based on data analysis
Report development progress, risks, and opportunities to the CEO and the Board of Directors
Establish and lead the development function team or development management system
Cultivate management and business talents with strategic vision and growth awareness
Build a development culture oriented towards innovation, growth, and long-term value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field
Over 20 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, investment, or related fields
At least 15 years of experience as a senior executive or head of corporate development
Proven track record of driving scalable company growth or successfully incubating new businesses
Strategic thinking and growth insights
Business acumen and investment analysis capabilities
Cross-functional leadership and influence
Ability to drive change and innovation
Results-oriented with a long-term value perspective
Preferred
MBA, EMBA, or equivalent advanced management background
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment, or capital operations
Experience in multiple business segments or international development
Background in consulting firms, investment institutions, or large corporations with strategic development experience
Familiarity with industry ecosystems and development trends
