Responsibilities
Support production design needs across multiple clients and brands
Execute and adapt creative assets across digital, social, web, print, and presentation formats
Rapidly productionize concepts into polished, on-brand deliverables
Use AI tools to accelerate workflows (concept iteration, layout exploration, image generation, asset refinement)
Maintain brand consistency while flexing across different visual systems
Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, writers, and account teams
Handle quick turnarounds, shifting priorities, and concurrent workstreams with confidence
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as a Production Designer or Senior Designer
Strong execution skills across digital, social, print, and presentation
Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., generative imagery, layout exploration, rapid iteration)
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
Excellent attention to detail and production standards
Comfortable working across multiple brands and projects simultaneously
Calm under pressure; thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Preferred
Motion or light animation experience
Experience supporting agency or in-house creative teams
Familiarity with presentation design (PowerPoint / Keynote)
Ability to interpret loose direction and execute independently
