Recruitment Manager
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume entry-level sales requisitions from intake to offer
Build talent pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, and partnerships
Partner with TA coordinators for posting, scheduling, and onboarding
Track recruiting metrics (time to fill, offer acceptance, pipeline)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office and ATS
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential info
Knowledge of compliance and process improvement
