Packaging and Labeling Technician

Responsibilities
Performs accurate labeling and packaging of finished goods following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Utilizes SAP and RF units according to SOPs
Performs crosscheck of labeling and packaging of finished goods in preparation for transfer to LifeNet Health inventory
Document the receipt of processed tissue from contract clients
Unpack finished goods inventory from irradiation all while following SOP guidelines
Receives, inspects, and stocks packaging and labeling supplies
Performs daily recording of Key Performance Indicators on the by hour/by day chart. Identifies and communicates nonconforming materials/conditions as necessary
Performs quarterly dose audit verification for all product types
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
One (1) year of production or assembly experience
Attention to Detail: Able to ensure accuracy and completeness in accomplishing tasks
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Time Management: Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload
Preferred
Two (2) years of SAP experience preferred
Two (2) years manufacturing, production, tissue bank, organ procurement, medical device, or related industry preferred
