Responsibilities

Perform SAP transactions such as organizing cycle counts, order processing, and costing that ensure accurate Costume inventory
Prepare journal entries and run month-end processing requirements
Review, analyze, and quality check data, identifying and elevating discrepancies for resolution and partnering with internal Costume team members to reconcile payment or quantity discrepancies with accounts payable
Prepare documentation for international sales and shipments
Forecasting material purchasing needs and space planning efforts

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Smartsheet
Knowledge of accounting and purchasing practices, such as Accounts Payable
Self-starter with the ability to multitask with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Theater or performing background, ideal
Currently enrolled as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student earning a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Management, Fashion Merchandising, Costume Technology, Apparel Buying, Apparel Development, Sourcing, or related field
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, taking at least one class at the time of application posting, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Possess a valid US driver's license and have the ability to operate a company vehicle
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
Able to provide reliable transportation to/from work
Must be fully available for the duration of the internship
