Project Coordinator
Baceline Group is the largest owner and operator of small format, necessity-based Neighborhood Shopping Centers across the United States. We are seeking to fill the position of a Project Coordinator to join our Construction Management team, where you will provide administrative support, manage project documentation, and coordinate various construction projects.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Project Managers by coordinating project documentation, vendor relationships, reporting, system management, and special projects as needed
Manage small-to-mid-scale construction projects by coordinating bids, documentation, schedules, vendors, and stakeholders while tracking progress, payments, and closeout from start to finish
Coordinate tenant improvement and landlord projects by serving as the primary point of contact, managing documentation, approvals, invoicing, vendor coordination, system records, and project status updates in support of the Construction Manager

Highly organized
Detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Construction knowledge
Ability to manage documentation
Ability to manage vendor relationships
Ability to coordinate projects
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with project management software
High attention to detail with accuracy in documentation and data entry
Preferred
General knowledge of construction practices and terminology
