1+ years expEPITEC is seeking a motivated Data Scientist I to join their Machine Data Insights team within a growing Machine Analytics organization. This role focuses on transforming machine data into insights that support product development, quality initiatives, and demand forecasting.

Responsibilities
Participate on cross-functional project teams to solve analytical problems for product, service, dealer, and customer groups
Collect, analyze, and validate data to support product support and quality reporting tools
Develop, refine, and apply statistical models to identify patterns, trends, and insights
Create data visualizations and reports using Power BI and other reporting tools
Support analytics related to machine usage, product quality, and performance trends
Collaborate closely with project leads, engineers, and stakeholders through daily in-person and Teams meetings
Learn and apply company processes, products, and systems while expanding technical and domain expertise
Coding and validating reports or lightweight applications
Building dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights
Analyzing structured data from databases to identify usage or quality trends
Collaborating with project leads and peers in a team-based environment
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of relevant experience (internship experience accepted)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
Experience working with SQL (MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL)
Experience using Power BI or similar visualization tools
Familiarity with .NET programming languages
Comfortable working with industry-standard analytics and visualization tools
Preferred
Previous experience in roles such as Data Analyst or Data Engineer
Exposure to analytics in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing environments
