Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to develop clear requirements for improving analytical and operational processes
Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources across on-premises and cloud environments
Create compelling data visualizations and "data stories" to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Assist in updating data models, reports, and dashboards used in business planning and execution
Support internal teams with data analysis needs for ongoing real estate engagements and client projects
Identify and propose new automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Contribute to the development and implementation of data analytics strategy, including exploration of AI and machine learning applications
Assist in the development and maintenance of advanced analytical models for domain-specific knowledge in real estate
Help implement and test automation solutions to streamline business processes
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Excel
Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
Basic understanding of database concepts and data management principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred
Interest in commercial real estate industry (preferred but not required)
