Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client and vendor service issues while driving timely execution of client lifecycle deliverables in support of the Consultant
Lead and support key client deliverables, including RFPs, compliance materials, contract and plan document reviews, and client presentations
Coordinate and triage requests across internal and external teams, perform quality reviews, mentor Analysts, and stay current on industry trends and regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience; State Life & Health License required
2+ years of client-facing or account management experience (4-7 years for Senior designation) with strong technical knowledge of employee benefits
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support client needs from both strategic and tactical perspectives
