Responsibilities
Manage and grow your own portfolio of private jet clients and corporate accounts
Structure and close high-value charter and membership deals across all aircraft classes
Deliver a premium, white-glove experience for clients from inquiry to touchdown
Leverage Surf On Demand’s SurfOS platform for quoting, trip management, and CRM tracking
Collaborate with our internal 24/7 operations team to ensure flawless execution
Represent the Surf On Demand and Surf Air brands professionally at FBOs, events, and in client meetings
Qualification
Required
Experienced in private aviation, luxury travel, or high-ticket sales
Skilled at consultative selling, relationship building, and closing complex deals
Entrepreneurial mindset - self-motivated, organized, and proactive
Preferred
Established client book or strong network within private aviation preferred
Familiar with aviation platforms such as Avinode
