Altograno Brand Manager, USA
Casillo is the Italian leader in wheat milling, expanding its food tech footprint in the U.S. market. They are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead the growth and positioning of the B2B2C Altograno brand to capture the growing demand for better-for-you food products.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that drive awareness, growth, and profitability in North America
Refine the Altograno® brand’s positioning, tone and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints for North America
Leverage consumer insights, category data, and market trends to guide decision-making and innovation
Work with our local partner on commercialization efforts of Altograno® and products that contain Altograno® in the U.S. and Canada
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, trade, influencer, and experiential) in conjunction with our local partner’s business-to-business marketing campaigns
Plan and execute co-branding campaigns with current partners selling products made with Altograno in the US & Canada already, as Pasta Garofalo
Plan and execute campaigns directed to health and wellness professionals such as nutritionists, certified dietitians and medical doctors to raise scientific awareness, participating to leading events
Oversee creative content for all brand awareness campaigns for Altograno®
Work collaboratively with our local partner to present a unified marketing and brand awareness strategy in the U.S. and Canada for Altograno®
Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales of both our local partner, Casillo and other production partners to oversee the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and packaging to launch execution
Manage promotional planning for all finished goods to build end-consumer awareness
Monitor and analyze brand health KPIs including sales performance, market share, and marketing ROI
Prepare brand performance reports and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Serve as the brand ambassador both internally and externally for all products derived from Altograno®
Manage external agencies and creative partners to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations of our local partner to ensure brand alignment and execution excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
7+ years of progressive brand management or marketing experience within the CPG food or beverage industry (B2B2C ingredient branding and/or health and wellness food experience preferred)
Demonstrated success in launching or scaling food brands in the U.S. market
Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up, fast-growth environment
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (IRI, Nielsen, and digital reporting platforms)
