Test Engineer I

Responsibilities
Design and develop test strategies and plans for product testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test plans and ensure accurate and efficient testing
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and efficiency Develop and implement innovative test strategies to ensure product quality and reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools specific to aerospace products
Familiarity in test facility setup and correlation testing with production assets
Preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Aerospace engineering or related fields
Experience in aerospace product testing and evaluation
Technical knowledge of air cooled and oil cooled generators, actuation systems, valves, and/or starters
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
